We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Wu Wei Coffee barista, you’ll be the face of our café, crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to Wu Wei Coffee standards.

Provide outstanding customer service with warmth, attentiveness, and efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (including equipment upkeep).

Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and inventory.

Handle cash, card, and Square POS transactions accurately.

Work collaboratively with the team to keep service smooth during busy hours.

Represent Wu Wei Coffee’s values of community, creativity, and calm.

Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).

Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating a positive customer experience.

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
