✨ Position Summary

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Wu Wei Coffee barista, you’ll be the face of our café, crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

☕ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to Wu Wei Coffee standards.
• Craft matcha beverages according to established recipes and precise ratios.
• Provide outstanding customer service with warmth, attentiveness, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (including equipment upkeep).
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep service smooth during busy hours.
• Represent Wu Wei Coffee’s values of community, creativity, and calm.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of barista or café experience (required).
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
